What is the Difference Between

冷間圧延鋼棒 冷間圧延技術によって加工される棒鋼は、原料の準備、酸洗、冷間圧延、焼鈍、仕上げといった複数の工程を経る、比較的複雑な製造工程を経ます。冷間圧延工程により、棒鋼はより高い強度と優れた表面品質を実現できます。 冷間圧延鋼棒 様々な面で、通常の鋼棒と異なる特徴を持つ鋼棒があります。以下では、これら2種類の鋼棒の詳細な比較を示します。

 

1、冷間圧延鋼棒の製造工程         

 

冷間圧延鋼棒:

原料は通常、熱間圧延線材です。

複数回の冷間圧延プロセスと、可能な場合は安定化熱処理を行った後。

完成品は表面が滑らかで寸法精度も高いです。

普通鋼棒：

原料は一般的に普通の低炭素鋼です。

主に熱間圧延工程で生産されるため、工程は比較的単純です。

完成品の表面に酸化鉄スケールが付着したり、寸法精度が若干低下する場合があります。

 

2、冷間圧延鋼棒の物理的性質        

 

強さ：

冷間圧延鋼棒 通常の棒鋼よりも高い降伏強度と引張強度を持ちます。

例えば、CRB550冷間圧延リブ付き鋼棒の最小引張強度は550MPa、降伏強度は500MPaです。

普通鋼棒の降伏強度範囲は通常 335MPa から 400MPa の間です。

硬度と靭性:

硬さ 冷間圧延鋼棒  通常は高いのですが、靭性も良好に維持されています。

通常の棒鋼は靭性は良いですが、硬度は比較的低いです。

Corrosion resistance:

どちらも水や空気に触れると錆びたり腐食したりする可能性があります。

しかし、冷間圧延鋼棒の表面品質は優れているため、ある程度は腐食速度を遅くすることができます。

どちらも、耐用年数を延ばすために防錆処理が必要です。

 

3、冷間圧延鋼棒の応用シナリオ       

 

冷間圧延鋼棒:

高い構造強度と耐久性が求められる建設プロジェクトで広く使用されています。

高層ビル、大スパン橋、プレストレスト中空スラブなど。
